| Covolam uses a system of
quality control motivated by the model of ISO 9004. Several
statistical controls of the processes are present throughout
the key stages of the manufacturing process. Thereafter the
statistical data is compiled and analyzed on a daily basis.
Any complaint or significant statistical difference is indicated
at once and a system of corrective actions are enforced to
correct the situation and insure a production corresponding
to the needs of our customers.

CSC certification
Every product registered by COVOLAM is guaranteed to contains
a minimum of 90% recycled wood fibres. This certification performed
annually by the SCS (Scientific Certification Systems) confirms
a formal recognition to the company for the contribution to environmental
protection by its healthy use of our forestry resource.
